After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your SPAM folder and contact Customer Service .

Your orders are processed by the warehouse within 24-72 business hours (Mon-Fri) following the order confirmation. Orders received on Friday will be prepared starting from the next business day (Monday).

In case of an inability, even temporary, to fulfil the order partially or completely, we will make it our priority to contact you via email to arrange a delivery date, while still giving you the option to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.

We reserve the right to suspend the shipment of products or cancel orders if the information provided at the time of purchase is found to be false (e.g., non-existent email address or phone number).
