Refund of money upon return
We will refund your payment without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your cancellation message. However, we may withhold payment until we have received the returned products or until you have sent us documentation proving that you have returned the products. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction and without any transaction fees.
Sold out products and price errors or discounts
It is possible that a product is sold out despite being available in the online shop; in this case, you will receive information. If a price indicated on our webshop is obviously incorrect and you should have known that the price was incorrect, we are not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. If we consider that an order falls under this condition, we can cancel the order, but you will of course be able to purchase the products at the normal price.
I have received incorrect or defective products or missing products
If the package you receive from us does not contain the products ordered, contains damaged products or if the package was not closed sufficiently or was damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately and without delay and provide the order number and a photo of the incorrect/damaged product/package. The return of incorrect or damaged goods is free of charge. If for any reason the products ordered are not available, the amount of such products will be refunded without delay. Se per qualche motivo i prodotti ordinati non sono disponibili, l’importo di tali prodotti sarà rimborsato senza ritardi.
