19-69 – INVISIBLE POST / LA HABANA / MIAMI BLUE
INVISIBLE POST – FRAGRANCE NOTES
The perfume Invisible Post by 19-69 is inspired by the hippie trails of the 1960s. A playful, bursting and woody scent.
Fragrance notes include Green Fig, Black Currant and Virginian Cedarwood.
Johan Bergelin: “Summer of Love was a social phenomenon that occurred during the summer of 1967. A cultural earthquake
determined to trash the previous generation’s old values and embrace a new consciousness of freedom, sex, drugs and rock’n’roll. The search for enlightenment led the flower children to travel to places like Machu Picchu and Kathmandu using decorated, colorful Volkswagen buses. Ideas on the next hotspot or music festival were collectively shared within the hippie community by the Invisible Post.”
The inclusion of oud and leather adds unusual animalic depth and resinous shadow. Earthy rhizome materials reintroduce the familiar green facets in a darker manner. An accord comprising vetiver, patchouli and musk is offset against amber bringing both vibrancy and richness to Neandertal dark.

LA HABANA – FRAGRANCE NOTES
The scent La Habana by 19-69 shines a light on the golden musical era of Cuba between the 1930s and 1950s. Aromatic, smokey and alluring. Fragrance notes include Saffron, Incense Resinoid and Laotian Oud.
Johan Bergelin: “Known as a playground for the mafia and wealthy elite, Havana in the mid 1900s hosted many vibrant music
venues like the Tropicana or the members´ guild Buena Vista Social Club. The rhythmic pulsations of Habanera, Latin Jazz and
Salsa that were heard everywhere coupled with the dazzling showgirls, added to the tropical island’s allure. After the revolution in 1959 many establishments closed down and with that an era of Havana ended. The scent La Habana is inspired by my uncle who was a sailor, his narratives of Cuba.”
